Thank you for shopping with Local Threads Aiken! We strive to process and ship every order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Expedited Shipping: $10

Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
Local Threads Aiken is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
Once your order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
Checking around your property and with neighbors.
Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Filing a missing package claim with the carrier if necessary.
Local Threads Aiken is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Orders are not automatically insured during transit.
If insurance is purchased or included with your shipment, claims for lost or damaged packages will be handled according to the carrier’s insurance guidelines. We will gladly assist with the claims process when applicable.
